I thought it was cool. I saw the only angel ray of my trip there, and the cave deal is interesting enough if you don't plan to do any cenotes. However, I found that it was rather expensive. Park entry was cheap (on the order of $20USD), but each dive was $30. A little more and you're on another two-dive boat trip.
