Try GUE/Try Scuba event (SF Bay Area)
Curious about backplates and wings? Interested in trying out a long-hose? Want to test out a canister light, or maybe try on a set of doubles? Wallins is hosting a free Try-GUE/Try-Scuba event at their shop & pool in San Carlos on Sat. Feb. 6 for divers to come down and learn a little about GUE, try out some of the equipment, and meet some of the local BAUE/GUE members.
GUE-trained divers and instructor candidates will be on-hand giving demos and answering questions, so come down and join us for a fun afternoon in the pool.
Gear will be provided for this event at Wallins, so all participants need to do is to show up with is a bathing suit, towel and a C-card. (More experienced divers may wish to bring their own wetsuit or drysuit, mask, fins, etc.) Non-certified divers are also welcome to take part in a try-scuba experience.
