Go find yourself an outstanding massage therapist. Explain the problem and let her/him work on you 2x a week for a month. Toss in some anti inflammatory meds and see how it goes. I had one shoulder done about 24 years ago. Big mistake (though it does have a nice scar). When I moved out west and started diving hard again the shoulders started up again. Dr. Ed put me on some relaxers and Nsaids and i started to work with a good MT. Ellen worked on me for a few months and eased up all the supporting muscles until the shoulders became happy again. Even with monster arms and muscles I can now reach behind head and at least a palm length below base of my neck. If I was a girl i could give up front closures.

Besides the theraputic results of the MT..... you get 2 hours a week to nap without stress.

Good luck.
