Mystery/adventure novel set on Yonaguni (Japan)
Take a book along when you travel to Japan! Tsubute, the second in the Seeds of Civilization series by R.J. Archer, begins in Seattle but the action quickly shifts to the tiny Japanese island of Yonaguni for some diving on the infamous "Yonaguni Monument" and some cave exploring under the island itself.
The characters get caught up in an international murder and kidnapping plot before discovering the "truth" about the mysterious island and its ancient history.
