Here is a video that took me a while to complete. This is Jeff's and David's T1 experience dive...yes, the dive we saw the Humboldt Squid.

Thanks for posting. The kelp forests looks amazing. Do the squidies normally hang out in the open like that?

Also, what were the hand signals at the end just after 11 minutes? It looked like it was a signal to swim straight through the rock or coral? What that a tight swim through?

That was a little bit of Monterey humor. There is this "hole in the wall" that is maybe large enough to fit my camera housing through and not much larger (I'll post video later)...and Andrew had some fun with the students...

...And said, "You, swim through there!" "Go in! I'll push if you get stuck!"

After the student reluctantly looked in the hole and determined it was way too small...he motioned that Andrew was "messed up in the head."
