For lens corrections (and some minor general noise reduction) I use DxO. It's extremely good at fixing lens distortion (including de-fishing).

My wife and I use (for topside stuff) Lightroom 3 (mostly) and Photoshop CS4/CS5 (for the stuff LR doesn't handle well).

I've seen posts (probably the same ones you have) that state scooters are not allowed in the dive park there. I have no idea what constitutes the park or how official any of this is. Good luck!
